Espero que se encuentren bien y que se estén cuidando!! Les cuento que trabajaremos con la aplicación "Google Classroom". Para comenzar, deben leer los pasos cuidadosamente:
1. Primero, necesitas una cuenta gmail. Asegurate de que la cuenta sea acorde al contexto formal de la clase.
2. Ingresa a tu navegador Chrome y escribe "Google Classroom". También puedes ingresar por el menu de aplicaciones de Google (esos 9 puntitos que aparecen en la esquina superior derecha de la pantalla).
3. Una vez que estés en "Google Classroom" presiona el botón "+" en la esquina superior derecha de la pantalla y selecciona la opción "Apuntarme a una clase".
4. Escribe el código de tu clase: gqqqz2z
5. Finalmente, navega en la aplicación y descubre qué hay allí para ti.

PRESENT SIMPLE TENSE
Today, we will talk about the use of the present simple tense, do you remember that? If not, let's watch the following video:
Hoy hablaremos sobre el uso del presente simple. ¿Lo recuerdan? Es un tiempo verbal con el cual han estado en conocimiento desde muy pequeños, pero nunca está demás repasarlo! Para poder comprender su uso, miremos el siguiente video.
As you can see and hear from the video, we use the present simple when we want to talk about:
- Describe present truths (describir algo que es cierto en nuestro presente)
- Repeated actions or habits (acciones o habitos que son repetitivos, como por ejemplo ducharse, lavarse los dientes, etc).
- Something that is ALWAYS truth. Ex: sharks are dangerous. (Algo que es SIEMPRE verdadero, como por ejemplo, los tiburones son peligrosos).
- A fixed future event (Algo que ocurre en un futuro de manera fija). Example: The train arrives at 9 pm (el tren llega a las 9 pm).
Ahora, para poder comprender las reglas gramaticales del presente simple, te dejo un breve power point. Esta presentación entrega las reglas básicas que debemos dominar en el inglés.
